About
Committed to a better future
Founded in 1904, the FIA’s initial aim was to bring coherent governance and safety to motor sport. Through the expertise gained in that arena, the FIA has since grown into a global organisation that not only promotes motor sport, but also safe, sustainable and accessible mobility for all road users across the world.

E-library
A learning resource for the FIA members and a repository of the FIA
The creation of an E-Library is another key aspect of the modern FIA University. Aside from making available purposively curated reading and reference lists for the benefit of our members, the Federation’s investment in its Archives is also a central objective.
