The FIA Scholarship Programme offers a unique opportunity for aspiring motorsport professionals to develop the skills, knowledge and network required to build a career in the global sports industry.

Delivered in partnership with the European Sport Business School (ESBS), the programme provides access to a Master in International Sports Management, combining academic learning with practical industry experience.

This scholarship creates new pathways into motorsport for talented individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, helping ensure that future leaders of the sport are defined by their potential and ambition.

About the Programme

The Master in International Sports Management is designed to prepare students for leadership roles across the sports industry.

Through a practical and industry-focused approach, participants develop a strong understanding of how sports organisations, events, and facilities operate in an international environment.

Established in 2009, the programme is recognised as one of the leading sports management degrees in Spain and Europe. Since 2017, it has consistently ranked as the top Master’s in Sports Management in Spain and among the top five in Europe.

The Scholarship

  • The selected candidate will receive a scholarship, that includes:

  • Full tuition fees

  • Contribution towards travel and living costs in Spain

We are looking for:

  • Candidates with experience in motorsport or significant involvement as an official

  • Individuals aiming to move into leadership or management roles within the sport

  • Applicants with strong motivation, initiative, and interpersonal skills

  • Candidates who demonstrate the potential to contribute to their local motorsport communities

  • Priority will be given to applicants from emerging motorsport countries

  • Fluency in English or Spanish

  • A Bachelor’s degree
