The FIA University Senior Executive Programme (SEP) is an elite executive education initiative delivered in partnership with Columbia Business School Executive Education. It brings together executive leaders from across the FIA network for an intensive, future-focused learning experience at the intersection of sport, mobility, and business innovation.

Hosted on the Columbia University campus in New York, SEP equips participants with the tools and insight required to lead in complex, fast-evolving environments. The programme is anchored in neuroscience, AI, and systems leadership – guiding participants to lead with purpose, adapt with confidence, and unlock performance across their organisations.
