FIA Immersion Programme 2025

From 2–11 September 2025, participants took part in a series of immersive workshops, site visits, and mentoring sessions across FIA offices in Paris, Geneva, and Valleiry. The programme included:

• Operational and Strategic Insights
  Meetings with departments including Digital, Communications, Technical, and Corporate Services.
• Event Immersion
  A hands-on learning experience at the Rallye du Mont-Blanc, where participants observed event coordination and operations in real time.
• Peer Collaboration
  Interaction with fellow participants from 17 countries, fostering cross-cultural learning and shared problem-solving.

The programme concluded with the presentation of individual development plans, which each participant will implement within their respective Clubs to strengthen local capacity and drive new initiatives.
