Immersion Programme

Immersive Format
A 7–10 day programme held across FIA locations in Paris, Geneva, and Valleiry.

Hands-On Learning
Interactive sessions with FIA departments including Sport, Mobility, Communications, Sustainability, Digital, Legal, and Technical Affairs.

Event Experience
On-site participation in a high-level motor sport event for behind-the-scenes exposure.

Global Peer Exchange
Participants aged 25–35 from across continents are nominated by their Member Clubs, enabling cross-cultural collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Custom Development Plans
Each participant concludes the programme with a tailored action plan to implement within their home ASN/ACN.

Programme Goals

The FIA Immersion Programme is designed to:

  • Equip future leaders with a foundational understanding of FIA operations
  • Strengthen the link between the FIA and its global Sporting and Mobility Clubs
  • Support Clubs in identifying and developing emerging talent
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and interregional cooperation in motor sport governance
  • Foster a culture of mentorship and innovation within the FIA ecosystem

Who Should Apply

The programme targets:

  • Young professionals aged 25–35 actively engaged with an FIA-affiliated Sporting or Mobility Club
  • Individuals with high leadership potential, nominated by their Club

A Lasting Impact

Upon completing the programme, participants join a growing network of FIA-trained professionals, continuing their engagement through alumni connections, follow-up initiatives, and potential contributions to future FIAU activities.
